I am also trying to clear up my 30,60,90 and keep getting unapplied amounts in my patient aging report. The patient's case is listing an outstanding balance, but there are no charges left where I can apply it! The balance should be reading zero, but it keeps telling me there is a balance of $1228.64. If I apply $1228.64 to a random transaction so I can get a zero balance, then I am reflecting the $1228.64 unapplied amount again. I'm not sure what to do anymore to clean up this account. I have checked and double check and there are no overpayments, credits or charges left for this patient.
